We want you to feel at ease when purchasing a new Kia and that is why we offer Kia's industry-leading 10-year/100,000-mile warranty program, which provides protection against unforeseen service and repairs.
Ten Years or 100,000 miles of Coverage
When you purchase a new Kia model from Mark Kia, that vehicle is automatically covered by a no-cost limited powertrain warranty good for 10 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. This covers the engine, transmission, drive axle, and more. If you experience any issues, just bring your vehicle into our service center and our expert technicians will take care of it. They have the experience, knowledge, and state-of-the-art equipment necessary to get you back on the road safely and as quickly as possible. We use only genuine OEM Kia parts, so you can rest assured your vehicle is receiving the best care.
The Kia Warranty includes:
- 10-year/100,000 mile limited powertrain warranty
- 5-year/60,000 mile limited basic warranty
- 5-year/100,000 mile limited anti-perforation warranty
- 5-year/60,000 mile roadside assistance plan
Complementary Roadside Assistance and Trip Interruption Reimbursement
For added peace of mind, the Kia Warranty also includes free roadside assistance for five years or 60,000 miles--whichever comes first. Our toll-free hotline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. No need to worry about being stranded on the side of the road with a dead battery, flat tire, or an empty gas tank. Simply dial 1-800-333-4KIA and we will put you in contact with one of our over 17,000 roadside assistance providers.
If the problem can't be fixed right then and there, we'll hook up with a tow service that will take you to your nearest Kia dealer or Alternate Service Location at no cost to you. If something happens after-hours or on a holiday, we will have your vehicle stored by a Kia-approved vendor, and taken to the nearest dealer or ASL on the next business morning.
Whether you are away on business or taking a vacation, nothing puts a damper on a trip like car problems. Fortunately, the Kia Warranty provides trip-interruption expense benefits. In the event a warranty-related disablement occurs more than 150 miles from home, and the repairs require more than 24 hours to complete, trip interruption coverage provides up to $100 a day for up to three days to help pay for food, lodging, or rental car expenses.
