We bought a '17 Sedona and love it, I was a little skeptical about the tires for life and pre paid services. I brought it in for our first service, and voila all went perfect, they gave it an oil change, full service tire rotation as promised didn't have to put out a dime, and washed it. I was totally pleased with the professional way it was handled and were very polite. So far all is great with Mark Kia!

We recently purchased a 2017 Kia Sedona LX and had the pleasure of having Kevin as our salesman and Juan for our financing process. The purchasing and financing were super quick and simple. There was a minor issue with the power sliding doors, so my Sedona spent a few days in the service department after purchasing. Kevin was amazing about communicating information about the status and advocating for getting the vehicle ready to drive. He even personally delivered the Sedona to my home and saved me a drive back to the dealership once it was ready. He spent time getting the UVO app set up and made sure I was comfortable operating the minivan’s features before he left. I highly recommend Mark Kia!
