I needed to get my car the 30,000 mile service before taking a trip. I booked my appointment online on Wednesday for Saturday. Took only 1 1/2 - 2 hours. That is how long I was quoted too. Pretty easy process and nice that car is ready to go again for another 5-8,000 miles before next service. Cody was great.

Existing Soul lease set to expire July 31, 2019. Began looking in March and April. Considered many options. Very patient sales staff despite having been told that we were just looking - educating ourselves about models, features, and prices. We felt no pressure. Nonetheless, we wound up signing a new lease 2.5 months before the old lease ran out, because of what we felt were reasonable terms. Emmanuel (“Manny”) Nolan was the salesman who spent the most time with us and closed the deal. He was patient, informative and very professional. After we signed the leasing documents (a blizzard of forms), Manny sat in the car with us and explained most, if not all, of the electronic features (eg pairing our iPhones, setting up Apple CarPlay, and explaining the various controls on the steering wheel). It was a lot to absorb. Once the financing was approved and the final leasing documents prepared, signing them was a breeze. Peter Meyerhof in finance ushered us through the signing process with dispatch and humor, making easy what has been in the past for us a long and taxing procedure. Overall: outstanding service from start to finish.

Always treated me great, went for a simple issue that would take time to repair, and they put me in a rental car and even paid for an Uber to get me to the rental place. When I got the Kia two years ago, they let me pick the exact car I wanted without fuss. I hate dealerships, but this place is honestly really nice to work with.

I have purchased a lot of cars. Usually a long drawn out process. Takes some of the excitement out of experience. At Mark KIA, it was a breeze. I dealt with Emmanuel. Great guy, who really seemed to care. He helped cut through the usual back and forth, by offering me a really fair deal right up front. Finance department was too notch. It is my second car from this dealership, and probably not my last. Highly recommend.
