Dan and his team at Mark Kia Scottsdale were amazing. My wife and I were in the market for a used vehicle. We looked at several vehicles and the one we liked the most had a cracked vinyl wrap on the top of it from the previous owner. Dan made a promise to us that they would remove the wrap for us prior to delivery. Even though I had concerns about what the vehicle would look like when the wrap came off, he assured us that he would not leave us with a bad looking vehicle. The process of removing the wrap turned out to be a much more difficult process than anyone was expecting. The dealership ended up having to send the vehicle out to a specialty shop to have it removed. The wrap came off and the vehicle’s paint was discolored from the previous wrap’s glue. Dan, honored his promise to us to deliver a clean vehicle by paying the specialty shop to rewrap the vehicle and even had the shop use a premium upgraded PPF wrap, all at no cost to us. Dan really came through for us and delivered a beautiful vehicle. Throughout the entire process Dan provided excellent and honest communication. I recommend Dan and his team and will send friends and family their way.

Unfortunately, I totaled my vehicle this past Saturday and needed to find a replacement. I went on CarGurus and found a Ford F-150 Lariat at Mark Kia that caught my attention. After looking it over online, I figured I’d go down and take a look in person. This truck was priced thousands less than comparable F-150s I found anywhere else around. I knew I had found the right truck at the right dealership. My wife and I started looking online for a newer vehicle and were referred to Mark Kia. After we submitted our inquiry, Marceno Monti contacted us right away. He answered all of our questions and made it easy to set up an appointment. When we arrived, we were greeted by Daniel Snider. Before coming in, I already had a good idea of what my Toyota Camry was worth, and Dan gave us exactly what we were hoping to get for our trade. He even made sure the Tesla was cleaned up before our test drive, which my wife and I really appreciated. Since I drive about 70 miles a day for work, the Tesla Model 3 Long Range was exactly what we were looking for. Dan took the time to explain all the features and made the whole process easy and stress-free. A big thank you to Sales Manager Shane Woods Jr. for putting together a payment that worked for us, and to Finance Manager Manny Nolan for helping us choose a protection package that gives us peace of mind with all the miles we’ll be putting on the car.
